Use only "actual FSM" for correction of GM when "simulate fluid movement" is selected

In Maxsurf stability, when using simulate fluid movement (SFM) to correct for free fluid surfaces in tanks, the equilibrium GM is still corrected using the FSM correction as defined in the loading conditions. However, the option to select FSM correction type is hidden in the loading condition window when SFM is enabled. If (in that hidden column) FSM for certain tanks is still set to "Maximum" then the reported GMfluid is not in line with the actual tangent of the righting arm curve. This does not make sense.

We suggest therefore to always use "Actual" FSM according to tank filling for the correction of GM when SFM is enabled. This would be logical, since enabling SFM implies that the user intends to work with the actual FSM.

Otherwise, we suggest to add a selection checkbox to make this a user's decision. In the latter case, this would preferably be an application setting so that user's choice is default for next sessions too.

Finally, if the FSM correction setting in the loading condition window affects the results of the analyses when SFM is enabled, then we are of the opinion that this column should remain visible also when SFM is enabled.
