When using existing Maxsurf reporting to Word some tables exceed page width. Typically to minimise this I do a search in Word and abbreviate/shorten certain terms. For example Freeboard becomes FB, positive becomes +ve, Embarkation becomes Emb, Area under GZ... becomes GZ Area etc. It would also allow use of organisational specific terminology that may mean more - and update draft to draught! If there was a method to adjust terms in Maxsurf ahead of export that would be very helpful - similar i suppose to the json files for output and input formatting.
