Including a hoop stress factor to scale hoop stress experienced by the member to account for increase in water depth

In many projects, client asks for a hydrostatic collapse check with increased water depth (eg: hydrostatic collapse check when water depth is increased by 33%). This scenario can arise during accidental damage of the system.

Currently, this check is done by adjusting the reference stress with AMOD command. With AMOD command, not only the hydrostatic collapse, but code checks of all operations get affected. To prevent this, can a factor be introduced in -hydro option alone to scale up/down the hoop stress alone.
