Dear MOSES development team,
When analyzing systems with nonlinear behavior, one often runs multiple time domain simulations with different seeds of the same seastate. The design value then corresponds to the most probable maximum of the extreme value distribution of the maxima taken from each seed (or simply the mean of the extremes from each seed, which is slightly larger than the most probable maximum).
It could be helpful to handle multiple seeds directly (e.g. tdom -seeds 10, where t_reinforce of the current environment could be multiplied by the seed number or increased by a second number passed to the seed option) and allow for (statistical) seed postproseccing within MOSES.
Best regards
Simon
